Guys,
I had no idea that Plum co-sponsored that unconstitutional, worthless, insulting, embarrasing and outright insulting piece of legislation forcing civil penalties of $3500 on just Virginia residents who drive 20 over the limit, while not enforcing it against drivers from Maryland, District, and everywhere else.
Since that national embarrasement, I vowed to not support any politician who supported that garbage. Plum will never again get my vote. I agree with this board. 30 years is enough! Time for somebody new!
